Delivery times depend on the product and destination:
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order or custom products: Production times vary and will be advised prior to dispatch
- International shipping: Transit times vary by country and courier
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCTS & RETURNS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and uninstalled
- The item is returned in original packaging
Please note:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items are final sale
- A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
