Shipping Policy (International)
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Nevera Auto International Store, which ships worldwide. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Pricing & Taxes (International Orders)
All prices displayed on the Nevera Auto international store are listed in the selected currency and are tax-free.
Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed based on product availability and order type.
- Standard products are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Some products are manufactured or prepared specifically for your order. These items typically require 14–21 days for production. Production timeframes may vary depending on order volume, manufacturing schedules, and component availability.
Shipping Timeframes (International)
Once dispatched, international delivery times vary depending on destination, courier service, and customs clearance.
- Estimated delivery: typically 5–21 business days after dispatch
- Remote or restricted regions may experience longer transit times
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs Clearance & Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, clearance delays, or additional documentation requirements.
Nevera Auto has no control over customs processes and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border inspections, or courier handling.
If a shipment is held by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with their local customs office and pay any applicable charges.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
Nevera Auto is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by:
- Courier service disruptions or peak-season congestion
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Weather events or force majeure
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
Large & Fragile Items
Certain products, including headlights, body panels, and carbon fibre components, are large or fragile and require special packaging.
While all items are packaged securely, international transit increases the risk of packaging wear or handling marks. Minor packaging damage does not constitute product damage.
Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
- Failure to collect the shipment
Any additional shipping, handling, or re-dispatch costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed based on product type and availability. Processing times typically range from 1–5 business days prior to dispatch.
Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Some products are manufactured or prepared specifically for your order. These items typically require 14–21 days for production; however, timeframes may vary depending on order volume, manufacturing schedules, and component availability.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of international fulfilment and product sourcing, cancellation eligibility depends on whether the item is a standard stocked product or a custom, special order, or made-to-order product.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
- Before Dispatch: Cancellation requests may be accepted prior to dispatch. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Order Products (No Cancellations)
All custom, made-to-order, and special order products are strictly non-cancellable once the order is placed.
These items are produced, manufactured, or sourced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold as new.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom steering wheels (personalised trims, stitching, carbon options, heating, displays, etc.)
- Most carbon fibre parts (interior or exterior components)
- All items tagged as “Special Order”
By placing an order for any of the above products, you acknowledge and accept that the order is final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns
Return Eligibility (Standard Products Only)
Returns are accepted only for eligible standard, non-custom, non-special order products within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components.
- The return must be approved in writing prior to shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- All custom or made-to-order products
- All items tagged as “Special Order”
- Most carbon fibre parts
- All headlight assemblies once delivered
- Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or show signs of use
- Items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging
Headlights & Large Fragile Items
Due to their size, fragility, and transit risks, all headlight assemblies are non-returnable once delivered.
Headlights are shipped in large protective packaging that may be damaged during international transit or inspection. Once received, we cannot accept returns as:
- Headlights cannot be actively tested after shipment
- Packaging may be damaged during international transit or customs handling
- We cannot guarantee the item remains in brand-new, resellable condition

Return Process
To request a return (for eligible items only), please contact us at info@neveraauto.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for the return
Returns sent without written approval will be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, customs charges, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns for eligible items.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and advise next steps in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
