Looks great, install was as described. Only down side is that when I select a station on my apple music app, it starts playing the first song in my downloaded music library instead of playing the station I select. It’s pretty annoying/frustrating. Does not happen under any other circumstances.

Very well, the screen is smooth and works perfectly. There is no need to connect the car's AUX if your car already has Bluetooth as standard. The only thing you need to do in the new settings is activate Bluetooth as stated in the manual and then connect your phone to the car's Bluetooth (not to the new screen's Bluetooth) because if you do it that way, you won't be able to hear the music, as what we want is for it to be played through the car's speakers, which only play through its own Bluetooth, and finally, connect with CarPlay. The assembly was very easy; I did it with a friend in about an hour and a half. I watched many videos on the internet to get an idea, and I assembled it without any problems thanks to all the information I saw in the videos. Overall, I am satisfied with the result and the speed of the device.

I am very satisfied with the 12.3 inch display. Everything worked perfectly. The car functions, such as the rear and front driving cameras, work flawlessly as well as the OEM. The installation was a bit challenging because the 2015 BMW 520d has slightly more cables on the entertainment system.

Perfectly fit with my bmw f10 without any coding, user manual instructions were very helpful with diy installation. All functions working perfectly only having facing some issue with air play video streaming’s but hopefully it will be fixed soon. Overall 10/10.

Installation was straight forward, took about an hour and a half to slowly figure things out but it all worked in the end. The screen was glitchy upon first connecting it but it goes away once the display resolution is changed to the correct one.

Installation was easy, 30 minutes using the video from the instruction booklet. The screen runs great and looks nice. Had some bugs at start-up with audio but after 5 minutes of playing around with settings i got it working and it connects great. Wireless android auto works perfect as well.

Installed the 12.3” Ultra-Thin unit in my 2013 BMW 550i and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. The larger screen completely modernizes the interior without looking out of place or overly aftermarket. The picture is sharp, the touchscreen responds great, and wireless Apple CarPlay connected and worked perfectly. Installation is definitely a project, but the harness is essentially plug-and-play. My biggest advice is to read the instructions and test everything before putting the dash back together, especially the factory screen resolution setting. Once I had the correct resolution selected, the original BMW iDrive interface displayed perfectly and I can switch between the factory system and CarPlay without losing the original functions. Nevera Auto also contacted me after ordering the 10.25” version and offered the 12.3” Ultra-Thin upgrade for only $59.99 more. I’m very glad I accepted because the 12.3” fits the F10 dash beautifully. I also appreciate that this upgrades the technology without replacing the factory BMW system. You still have your original iDrive menus and controls, but now you get a large modern touchscreen and CarPlay on top of it. Only minor issue so far is that I haven’t gotten the USB ports to charge/connect with the cable I currently have. I’m going to try a certified data/CarPlay cable before assuming there is an issue with the unit. Overall, excellent upgrade and absolutely worth doing. The difference in the interior is night and day. If you have an older F10 and want modern CarPlay without completely changing how the factory BMW system works, I highly recommend it. 10/10 from me. 💪🏼

Fantastic product, but RTFM (read the instructions which I didn't)...has extended the lifetime of my car quite a few years with now having CaPlay.....works as it should, some odd quirks between AUX and other functions, but once you have it clear in your head works well.
